ARE ALL SIZES THE SAME?
We source our products from many different suppliers, our sizes might vary slightly as each brand is different. We recommend ordering a slightly larger size.
HOW DO WE USE A DISCOUNT CODE?
Once you've reached the checkout stage, enter your discount code into our discount bar and click 'Apply'. If the code is valid, your discount will be applied instantly!
WHAT IF MY ITEM IS FAULTY?
We aim to provide our customers with products of the highest quality. If you received an item with a manufacturing fault, we will help resolve the problem as fast as possible with a replacement or refund. If you receive your item but are unhappy with the purchase, we will not refund the item unless it is damaged, deformed or significantly different to what was described or pictured on our website.

HOW LONG IS DELIVERY?
Orders may take between 7 - 28 days, but most of the time our products arrive much earlier. We use that time frame to take into account potential delays at customs which are unfortunately out of our control, it may take longer for delivery to some countries, states or more remote areas.
If order isn't received after 45 days, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will contact our suppliers and investigate the matter to resolve any potential issues.
A package is not considered lost until 45 days post shipment.
HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?
You can check on your orders status via the 'TRACK ORDER' page on our website. Simply enter in the email you used to order and the order number prefixed with a #, eg. #1234.
NOTE: sometimes it may take 2~5 days to update shipping/tracking information online.
NOTE: if you haven't received your tracking information in 5 days, email or message us through Facebook Messenger and we will send it again! Please also check your promotions or spam folder, sometimes emails may end up there.
WHAT HAPPENS IF MY PARCEL DOESN'T ARRIVE, OR IS LOST IN TRANSIT?
Once your parcels have left our suppliers warehouse they are then the property of the courier companies that each supplier chooses. We are legally not responsible for lost or damaged goods. However if your parcel does not reach you within our delivery time, we will do all we can to track and find your parcel for you and potentially refund you. Contact us at email@example.com
